1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. What materials are your pots made from?
We offer pots made from:
- Stainless Steel (18/10)
- Hard-Anodized Aluminum
- Non-Stick Coating
- Cast Iron (select models)

6. Are your pots induction compatible?
Most of our stainless steel and cast iron pots are compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic. Please check the product specifications for confirmation.
7. Are the pots oven-safe?
Many models are oven-safe up to 400°F–500°F (without lids or with oven-safe lids). Please refer to the product description for exact temperature limits.
8. Are the pots dishwasher safe?
Most stainless steel and hard-anodized pots are dishwasher safe. We recommend hand-washing non-stick pots to maintain the coating longer.
9. Do your pots come with lids?
Yes. Almost all pots include matching lids unless stated otherwise.
10. Are the pots suitable for everyday cooking?
Yes. Our pots are designed for daily use — from boiling pasta and simmering soups to sautéing vegetables and making sauces.
11. How do I clean stubborn stains?
For stainless steel: Use baking soda or specialized stainless steel cleaner. For non-stick: Avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners. Detailed care instructions are included with each product.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my pot arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
